Can I put it in the dishwasher?
A Chuug is scared of nothing. Except dishwashers.
Hand-wash and hand-dry only and it'll last a lifetime. Do not submerge it in water or you're asking for trouble.
Can I put HOT drinks in it?
Yes, absolutely. We have designed and built the Chuug with hot drinks in mind. Not only is it insulated to keep drinks warm, but we use heat-resistant materials and adhesives so nothing can get damaged.
Do you deliver worldwide?

How do I clean it?
We recommend hand-washing with your usual dish soap, but DO NOT submerge it in water!
The wood exterior is sealed to keep water out, but this is still a natural wood product that needs to be looked after with a conscious effort to not let it sit in water.
Treat it well and it will last a lifetime.
What is is made from?
We exclusively use sustainable Mango Wood and Stainless Steel for the main Chuug body.
The rope handle is made from a patented SmartRope which looks and feels like hemp rope but is in fact synthetic so it will not rot, wrap or stretch over time.
